Refund & cancellation.

Cancel any time

Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time from Settings, then Plan & billing, at app.nucel.in. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

What happens after you cancel

You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account moves to Free. Nothing you saved is lost: your library, search and export stay available.

Refunds

• We do not give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
• If you were charged twice, or charged in error, we refund the extra or erroneous charge.
• If you are unhappy with your first charge, ask for a refund within 7 days of it and we will refund it. This window covers your first charge only.
• Renewals are not refunded for dissatisfaction. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged.

How long a refund takes

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Once a refund is approved, how long it takes to reach your account depends on the payment partner and your bank or card issuer.
