Nucel is a digital service, so there is nothing to ship.
Delivered instantly
When a payment succeeds, your plan is active in your account straight away. There is no physical product, no shipping address and no delivery charge.
If your plan does not appear
Refresh the app and check Settings, then Plan & billing. If it still shows the wrong plan, email support@nucel.in with the date of the payment and we will sort it out. See refunds and cancellation if you were charged and want your money back.
